For one-off events please send forward completed Booking Form online. We accept direct bank payments only which will be provided upon receipt of the booking form

Shipley Parish Room Costs and conditions of hire:

£8.00 per hour. Minimum 2 hour booking slots to allow for Covid Secure changeovers 

Completion and acceptance of the Terms of Hire which have been updated to ensure Covid 19 requirements are adhered to 

Use of kitchen and kettle: no charge.

Use of water boiler (for making large volume tea/coffee) : £2.50 for the session.

Use of electric cooker: £2.50 for the session.

All areas must be left clean and tidy - no food left in fridge.

All rubbish must be removed from the premises.

Any damage must be reported to the Caretaker or Booking Officer as soon as possible after the hire date - a charge may be incurred.

Room will be opened 30 minutes prior to the start time and closed 30 minutes after the finish time.

This is a residential area and we respectfully ask hirers to be mindful of this when parking and keeping noise levels down particularly when leaving late evening.
